Responsibilities
The Lead Nurse is responsible for assisting with the clinical management, the supervision of patient care and the administrative coordination of the nursing staff (RNs and MHPs) in the partial and IOP programs.
The position includes a combination of clinical (direct care), supervisory and administrative responsibilities, including performance improvement.
Qualifications
BSN or MSN, required.
5 years of acute care psychiatric nursing experience required.
Current CA RN license, required
BLS from the ARC or AHA, required
Prefer candidate with clinical experience in the inpatient psychiatric setting setting and administrative/management experience.
