Certified Medical Assistant, Apheresis
Summary
Our growing medical research client has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Certified Medical Assistant. This candidate will support day to day Apheresis Operations.
General Duties / Expectations of Role:
- Qualify donors ensuring that they meet study requirements and adding them to the donor network
- Draw donor samples, perform phlebotomy activities
- Check in and collect documentation of donors and other vitals
- Assist with day-to-day activities at the apheresis center
Mandatory Requirements:
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA_ or Certification of Completion of an accredited MA
- Current BLS Certification
- Experience with patient care
Term & Start:
- Permanent Placement, Full-Time, 40 hours/week
- On-site – 5 days per week on-site in Los Angeles, CA
