Certified Medical Assistant, Apheresis

Summary

Our growing medical research client has engaged GForce Life Sciences to provide a Certified Medical Assistant. This candidate will support day to day Apheresis Operations.

General Duties / Expectations of Role:

  • Qualify donors ensuring that they meet study requirements and adding them to the donor network
  • Draw donor samples, perform phlebotomy activities
  • Check in and collect documentation of donors and other vitals
  • Assist with day-to-day activities at the apheresis center

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA_ or Certification of Completion of an accredited MA
  • Current BLS Certification
  • Experience with patient care

Term & Start:

  • Permanent Placement, Full-Time, 40 hours/week
  • On-site – 5 days per week on-site in Los Angeles, CA
