You will source, pre-screen, interview, and refer the best candidates to hiring departments.Summary of Duties and Responsibilities: The Veteran Recruiter is responsible for the development, implementation, documentation and results measurements of action oriented programs for Veteran recruitment including broad Veteran recruitment outreach, as well as action oriented plans specific to job families and positions.
Communicates, coordinates and collaborates with system HR staff and line management for Veteran programs.The Veteran Recruiter works closely with the Talent Adviser (Consultant) to understand staffing needs then develop proactive, innovative sourcing and recruitment tactics.
Ensures consistency of employer brand to attract and recruit qualified talent; will creatively source,assess and select qualified applicants to be referred as candidates for open searches including networking and cultivating a talent pipeline; will also be responsible for creating a positive customer experience to applicants.
This role will anticipate industry trends and utilizes labor market information to ensure best in class candidate sourcing.
