Position: BSN Case Manager Start Date: 4/27/23 Looking for your next travel adventure? You’ll work with adult patients of all ages, pediatric patients, and psych patients for case management. The hospital is in an active, desirable urban area. A vaccine declination is accepted for those with religious or medical exemptions. In this nurse case manager position, you’ll execute the hospital’s discharge planning or utilization review, or a dual role for both. You’ll implement a long-term care plan for patients in collaboration with the hospital’s medical team.
