Responsibilities: Habitually source and recruit exceptional passive healthcare professionals for permanent positions Persistently develop a steady stream of viable candidates utilizing LinkedIn and various job boards Creatively identify non-traditional means of candidate recruitment Build a pipeline of passive and active candidates through networking, cold calling and various internet searches Proactively contact candidates to schedule interviews and qualify them for job opportunities Establish quick rapport with candidates and represent Aya Healthcare both positively and honestly Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Proven success in recruiting/staffing, sales or other metrics driven environment Obsessed with creating great experiences for potential hires Outside the box thinkers Career oriented with a desire for advancement Enthusiastic about being part of an recruiting organization that recognizes your talent What We Offer: Free premium medical, dental, life and vision insurance Generous 401(k) match Celebrations!
