We are looking for a full-time Assistant Clinical Director for our Eating Disorder Center of California Program, a Monte Nido affiliate located in Los Angeles, CA (near Brentwood)! Our program provides day treatment care to up to 24 adolescents and adults of all genders.
The Assistant Clinical Director collaborates with our Clinical Director in 24-hour management of all clinical functions at the facility. This is a great growth opportunity for therapists who are looking to take the next step in their careers and enter a leadership role.
Salary- $85,000-$90,000
Sign-on bonus $2,500
Responsibilities Include::

Assist the Clinical Director in oversight of the program and management of the milieu

Provide effective leadership to the clinical staff and support to the multidisciplinary treatment team

Provide individual, group, and family therapy

Conduct clinical assessments

Participate in discharge and aftercare planning

Model healthy relationship with food when working during facility meal times
Qualifications::

Master’s degree in a clinical counseling discipline (e.g., Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling)

Licensed in a clinical counseling field (e.g. LPC, LMFT, LMSW, LCSW)

One year of experience working in a behavioral health setting with management experience is preferred
-
Prior experience treating individuals eating disorders in a residential or hospital setting helpful

Experience with employee selection and performance management is a plus
