Straight Up Treatment is a small business in Los Angeles, CA 90035.Our work environment includes:Modern office atmosphereCollaborative therapy team Ample training, growth, and mentorship opportunities Community outings and social events Straight Up Treatment is a privately-owned treatment center that is highly specialized in helping children, teens, and adults better manage anxiety and OCD related challenges. We are looking for a LICENSED therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion and interest in working with adults, teens/kids, parents, anxiety disorders, and the OCD spectrum. Training and experience in psychodynamic therapy, family systems, cognitive behavioral therapy, exposure therapy, or acceptance and commitment therapy is a plus, but not necessary. We will provide ample consultation and training in integrative treatment modalities for anxiety.We are looking for part-time and full-time independent contractor therapists. Currently, Straight Up Treatment is seeing clients both in-person and virtually, so a hybrid work schedule will be needed. We are a private-pay treatment center, competitive contractor pay will be offered with the ability to customize your income and schedule.We are looking for someone that values mentorship, hard work, courage, ambition, being part of an intimate team, working collaboratively on cases with colleagues; and strives for continued learning and growth.Initial interviews will be held via Zoom, with secondary interviews being held in-person at our Los Angeles office. We are not interviewing unlicensed professionals requiring any formal supervision or licensing hours accrual at this time. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required for all therapists.
