Analytics Engineer, Business Analyst – Everyday Health

The Opportunity Everyday Health Professional is looking for an Analytics Engineer, Business Analyst/Manager to join a dynamic team with great career growth potentials.

This role will have the opportunity to work with leaders across many functional groups: editorial, technology, data science, data architecture, and marketing; and on various topics such as email and content performance, Continue Medical Education programs, and marketing measurements.

This role requires creativities every day.

Key Responsibilities * Use tools to create and continuously update reports on dashboards; and design analytic performance and business performance monitoring programs* Design measurement programs for digital media, including videos, texts, contents and propose consistent implementation across platforms including data collection, transformation, and dashboards* Generate insights on how various data points are and should be connected to create models for predicting future behaviors of media and marketing campaigns* Design ROI studies and do the analysis, with program recommendations and answers to client questions* Uncover opportunities in marketing and products Job Qualifications * Required Knowledge, Skills and Attributes * At least three years in data analytics or business analysis, or equivalent training (course works)* Familiarity of root cause analysis methodologies, or other diagnostic framework for network, digital media performance* Work on digital traffic modelling, such as email opens, clicks, visits, and other KPIs* Experience in designing measurement programs for digital media, including videos, texts, contents marketing * Required Education and/or Experience: Education and training in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or quantitative studiesOur Culture and ValuesWe love collaboration, always desire to understand the business problem we?re solving, push decisions down as low as possible, and want to further our culture of innovation and experimentation.
