As Ambulatory Care, Anesthesiology Nurse Manager, this nursing leader will oversee the delivery of nursing care in Anesthesiology Services. This Ambulatory Services Nurse Manager will oversee the Anesthesiology program for the health system’s Greater Los Angeles location for both inpatient and ambulatory. This RN Nurse Manager of Ambulatory Anesthesiology will oversee 2 Assistant Nurse Managers, an Administrative Assistant, a staffing coordinator, and additional staff consisting of 40 FTEs including 20 anesthesia techs, 15 CRNAs, and other RNs.
Further responsibilities of the Ambulatory Care, Anesthesiology Nurse Manager include implementing performance improvement initiatives, collaborating with physicians, improving patient care, and fiscal management. A candidate with perioperative and / or anesthesia experience as well as their California Registered Nursing License, previous healthcare supervisory experience, and their BSN will make for quick interviews!
