Job Description: Seeking a compassionate and dedicated Recuperative Care Nurse (LVN) to provides nursing care for individuals experiencing homelessness, unemployment, and displacement post hospital discharge.
All patients are ambulatory and self-sufficient.
LVN will provide quality performing clinical duties within LVN scope of practice (physicals, TBs, STD testing, Triage, stock dispensary, assist provider, clinical documentation, and medication management).
