The Front Office Clerk is generally the first team member to interact with the client.
Front Office Clerk duties include greeting the client, assisting the client with signing into the clinic and creating a medical record.
The Front Office Clerk initiates the daily clinic flow and assists with administrative duties.
This position offers the opportunity to engage in caring, personable and relatable Front Office assistance to clients, to enhance the probability of those clients returning for services in the future.Providing the best possible care can also ensure that clients are well-informed to protect themselves in the future.The Front Office Clerk can help the Public Health Department team within AHF to develop further by contributing a team centered attitude and new outreach strategies.
