Our client is a growing clinical-stage, publicly traded, international pharmaceutical company.
They have engaged Afton Consulting Group to help them identify and hire a Clinical Trial Associate (CTA).The Clinical Trial Associate (CTA), is a member of the clinical research team responsible for supporting the execution of the company’s clinical development strategy.
This position provides operational support for all clinical studies from study concept through completion to ensure successful conduct and integrity of the study results.
These responsibilities are achieved through active support of clinical studies and management of CROs and clinical contractors, consultants, and vendors, as well as collaborative efforts with internal departments and external groups, such as key opinion leaders, investigators, and clinical research sites.

Experience working on all Phases of studies and global/international studies is advantageousBA/BS in a scientific discipline is preferred, but not required LocationPosition is 100% remote
