Advanced Practice Clinician, Department of Medicine

Overview: Atlantic Health is Seeking an Advanced Practice Clinician for a Great Opportunity in Summit NJ Atlantic Health, one of New Jersey’s largest non-profit healthcare networks, is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the to join the Department of Medicine at Overlook Medical Center.

Our dynamic Critical Care team consisting of skilled Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers working together with Medical Residents, Intensivists, and Cardiologists in a focused environment to provide high quality patient care.

The primary role of the APC is the management of patients within the critical care setting in the combined Medical
– Surgical Intensive Care Unit and the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit.

The APC will work alongside the Medical Residents in managing patients housed in Cardiac Care Unit and Intensive Care Unit with supervision from the on-call ICU or Critical Care attendings who will be taking call remotely.

The ideal candidate will have experience in ventilation management and have Critical Care experience as an APC.
