Adult Nurse Practitioner-AllCare IPA
AllCare IPA is looking to add to its team of APC’s (NP or PA). We have opportunites in our outpatient wellness clinic for someone who wants to optimize patient health and wellness in a Medicare age population, as well as opportunities with our post acute service The AllCare mission is to keep patients healthy and out of the hospital, which aligns us with the goals of the patient, so everyone is on the same page, which is a rarity in the health care world. The post acute service works directly with patients in hospital, in SNF and in clinic, to reduce readmissions and improve quality of life for the elderly.
This position requires excellent communication and teamwork skills, but does not require any afterhours or weekend on call duty. An extensive training schedule makes this position ideal for a new graduate, so please don’t hesitate if you are just out of school. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for preventive care and patient interaction, who wants to prevent disease first, instead of treating disease later.
