Accreditation Commission for Health Care (ACHC): Customer Experience Coordinator

ACHC is looking for a Customer Experience Coordinator to join our Customer Experience team.

The ideal person should possess exceptional interpersonal skills needed to support our Account Advisors in providing the high level of customer service that ACHC is known for and expects.

We are a highly collaborative environment, so this role requires the ability to be driven towards group goals along with the capability to be self-motivated and attentive to what’s needed for the team’s success.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs general customer-support duties related to achieving healthcare Accreditation including, but not limited to: contract creation/execution, processing of survey tools, and Regulatory requests.Assists with mailings, printing/distribution of approval documents.Builds and maintains positive and strong internal working relationships, providing support to the AA function through all phases of the accreditation process for assigned programs.Develops an understanding of the defined Work Instructions, processes, and procedures; identifies and suggestsprocess improvements.May assist with special department projects or other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:Minimum two-year Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) in a business-related field with three years of relevant work experience in a business setting, or a high school education with a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a business setting.Prior Customer Service experience required, with proven success in building and maintaining positive working relationships.Experience working with computer systems with proficient use of database and other office system programs; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Strong oral and written communication skills a must, as are attention to detail and organizational skills.Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

This position is office-based and is located in Cary, NC.
