The Account Service Manager is responsible for client-facing, day-to-day contact for operational excellence that meets/exceeds client service & satisfaction goals for the pharmacy book of business.

How you will make an impact:Provides pharmacy account management for a large volume accounts.

Manages the new and renewal implementation process for accounts.

Maintains ongoing account relationships at multiple levels throughout the customers’ organizations.

Makes recommendations for improvements to meet customers’ expectations.Influences & collaborates with internal partners to deliver best-in-class service including resolving operational issues, root cause analysis, and driving recovery efforts that directly influence account retention and growth.Executes client-specific operational deliverables including benefit set up, reporting, and project support as needed.

Implements/manages contractual obligations including performance/operational guarantees and rebate strategies.Leverages data to track account performance & identify trends/opportunities for input/recommendations on client growth and retention strategies.Responsible for operational understanding of all Rx products & solutions.Coordinates open enrollment meetings, renewal process and training sessions.

Makes routine account visits.

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of experience managing business operations and/or customer relationship; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.

Travel may be required.Preferred Capabilities, Skills, and Experiences:Pharmacy Benefits Management
