We are currently seeking a full-time Associate Director, Quality and Compliance for our mid-west and western facilities.
Position can be located in the footprint but must be able to travel to each facility within our western region.
Ideally this candidate will reside in the Newport Beach area of CA.

Your Responsibilities as an Associate Director of Quality and Compliance:Provide Regulatory and Compliance SupportQuality Review process to assess quality, safety, regulatory and accreditation readinessDocumentation ReviewsCampus wide Health and Safety Tours and InspectionsSupport in onboarding and training new staff on compliance related areasSupport with incident and clinical issuesYour Skills and Qualifications as an Associate Director of Quality and Compliance:Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field, required.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in psychiatric healthcare and/or substance abuse operations, preferably at the administrative/leadership levelCertification in the area of substance abuse, RN/LPN, compliance, or other healthcare related area; preferred.Experience in residential, eating disorders, and/or substance abuse treatment.Knowledge of state and/or federal regulations as it relates to these fieldsKnowledge of the CMS, CARF and TRICARE standards and regulations.Knowledge of Joint Commission regulations.Experience in conducting complex compliance investigations.Ability to work professionally with sensitive, proprietary data & information while maintaining confidentiality.Self-started, and ability to work independently.
At times may work remote but must have secure office space available.Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.Exercises sound judgment in responding to inquiries; understands when to route inquiries to next level.Customer Service and professional is a mustAbility to travel up to 60%Advanced computer skills including Microsoft Office; especially Word, Excel,and PowerPoint.IND01#LI-MT1
