Job Duties ?Provide hands-on personal care including: baths, oral hygiene, changing bed linen, assisting patients with dressing, skin care to prevent breakdown, nail hygiene, assist the patient with toileting activities, if ordered and appropriateAssist with maintaining orderly and clean patient living area, if ordered and appropriate?
Aide with meal preparations, if ordered and appropriate ?
Assisting in feeding the patient, if ordered and appropriate ?
Measure and record vital signs, if ordered and appropriate ?
Assist with ambulation and exercise according to the plan of care.

Perform range of motion and other simple procedures as an extension of therapy/nursing services, if ordered and appropriate ?
Assist patient with the self-administration of medication, if ordered and appropriate ?
Meet safety needs of patients and use equipment safely and properly ?
Report patient?s condition and significant changes to the assigned nurse.
