In this position every day brings new and energizing challenges. You will average 25-30 visits per week and with those visits your responsibilities range from assessing your patients and establishing a plan of care engaging the patient and/or family in the process, communicating expectations to other members of the nursing care team and initiating discharge planning upon admission utilizing appropriate resources.
To ensure you have the resources you need, all RN’s are provided with a company car for visits, a laptop for documenting while on the go, a car wash pass, and a company phone.
Qualifications:Experience and education minimum requirements:
- Graduation from a School of Nursing or successful completion of sufficient units in Nursing to qualify for state licensure.
- One (1) year acute care experience.
- Current California Registered Nurse License.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA).
- Valid California driver’s license and driving record acceptable to Community Medical Centers.
