Sugerman Communications Group – a fast-paced, award-winning, LA-based public affairs and corporate communications consulting firm – is seeking a new Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate would have 5-8 years of experience in a communications and/or public affairs setting, such as an in-house corporate communications department, public relations firm or political office. The Associate will support a variety of clients in a wide range of sectors, including real estate, transportation and education.
We’re looking for someone who is a stellar writer, intellectually curious, detail-oriented, enjoys working on a variety of complex issues, and has an affinity for project management. The Associate will be required to consistently produce high-quality communications content, including media materials, client presentations, web copy, social media posts, and op-eds. This is a great opportunity for candidates experienced in media relations, stakeholder engagement, issues management, and communications strategy.
