This position will be responsible for the following duties: ?
Participates in team-based strategy development with Program Managers, Managing Director, and other departmental staff.
?
Works in conjunction with Program Managers and grant applicants to develop and submit grant proposals in accordance with approved strategies.
?
Analyzes solicited grant proposals with Program Manager and conducts necessary due diligence.
?
Participates in meetings with Program Managers to discuss grant proposals.
?
Tracks grant progress to ensure timely approvals.
?
Provides regular updates to Program Managers regarding status of grant applications documents and of funded projects.
?
Tracks and manages grant budget (large grants, small grants, sponsorships, GIFTS) as requested by Program Managers.
?
Supports the effective and timely delivery of information and technical assistance to grantees and other key partners.
?
Prepares and submits small grants and sponsorships with management approval.
?
Reviews, analyzes and prepares grantee progress reports and payments, including invoices, for Program Manager approval.
