United Talent Agency (UTA) is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Enterprise Architecture. This role will function as an individual contributor, initially, in the absence of an enterprise architecture team. You will play a crucial role in shaping UTA’s technology landscape, ensuring alignment with industry best practices, and driving innovation.
The salary range for this role is $275,000 to $350,000 commensurate with experience and skills. This role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus
What You Will Do
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance in developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Manage a team of Enterprise Architects and Project Managers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology roadmap, defining and maintaining the target state architecture, and ensuring seamless integration of new technologies.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of technology architectures, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior executives to understand business needs and translate them into effective architectural solutions.
- Drive the development and implementation of architectural standards, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to UTA.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in technology architecture, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency enhancement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and prioritize technology investments, ensuring maximum value and ROI.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Enterprise Architects and Project Managers, fostering their professional growth and development.
What You Will Need
- 10+ years of experience in the consulting space with a focus on migrations and implementations.
- Extensive experience in technology architecture design and optimization, with a focus on large-scale and complex environments.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with proven ability to effectively lead and develop a team.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce, covering architecture, configuration, modules, customization, and integration.
- Proficiency in cloud-based services and platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, with knowledge of cloud architecture patterns and security considerations.
- Experience with data analytics platforms, data warehousing, business intelligence (BI), and data visualization tools to derive actionable insights.
- Experience with integration technologies like middleware, APIs, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), and ELT (Extract, Load, Transform) for efficient data flow.
- Integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies and machine learning (ML) into enterprise systems and processes.
- Knowledge of information security principles, data privacy regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in technical documentation and modeling using tools such as Ardoq, LeanIX, and Lucidchart.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze complex business requirements, and translate them into actionable architectural solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving innovation and continuous improvement.
- Experience in managing and overseeing a team of Enterprise Architects and Project Managers.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive change in a complex and dynamic business environment.
