Sr. AEM Architect

Key Tasks & responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the engineering team to identify opportunities to grow customer value within the Adobe stack and platform
  • Understand the business strategy needs, the end user needs, market and competitive conditions and distill this into a digital product vision & designs the strategy to deliver a differentiated offering for the Digital Marketing Landscape.
  • Engage in continuous discovery activities to evolve the digital product strategy to meet changing business needs or to leverage new technologies that will enhance the digital product and deliver better business outcomes
  • Partner closely with software vendors, software engineers, data engineers, designers and other members of the digital product team to direct the development of the digital product
  • Own all digital product roadmap decisions and priority of items on the digital product backlog leveraging a deep understanding of the business and IT dependencies
  • Responsible for the content and quality of the digital product releases, collaborating with IT Product Specialists to establish a launch plan to ensure usage and adoption
  • Manage stakeholder expectations by effectively communicating the digital product vision, strategy and roadmap to IT business partners and key business stakeholders
  • Work with stakeholders to understand their business objectives and translate into analytics integration and technology strategy and requirements
  • Ensure appropriate documentation is created to launch and support the digital product
  • Monitor user feedback and metrics to drive better user experience and business value
  • Liaise and coordinate with other Adobe entities to optimize the use of resources
  • Responsibilities include preparing & setting up digital marketing suite, helping clients with marketing channels, client communication, team monitoring, sprint planning, project planning
  • Creating industry-specific digital solutions with roles involving analysis, design, development, administration, and integration of distributed architecture applications in web-based, internet/intranet, client/server, and Content Management applications with Adobe AEM Content Management System and Adobe Digital Marketing Suite.
  • Develop Digital Consumer experiences based on Adobe marketing cloud products
  • Define solution architecture for global customer engagement and global web content management platforms, integrating a full collage of supporting technologies including AEM, Search, Adobe Social, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Communities, Adobe Target, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, Adobe Launch and others
  • Review recommend approaches & best practices
  • Define and Implement Key technical constructs of the program
  • Interact with clients to create end-to-end specifications and solution architecture for content & collaboration solutions
  • Provide inputs and direction to senior developers & Architects in the team for design and implementation
  • Define implementation processes, quality gates and standards for design and development
  • Define best practices to manage performance, security, and scalability of the Digital Platforms
  • Establish strong, effective, working relationships with the multiple stakeholders across the global organization
  • Coordinate and direct the internal as well as vendor development teams on regular development activities
  • Review and provide feedback on technical competency of the resources for both internal as well as external onboarding
  • Be directly involved in technical details as and when needed for critical issues
  • The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to design and develop web architecture supporting responsive Adobe web platform. The candidate should also have a proven background of leading at least 3 large AEM global implementation with a scalable framework in support of the rapid development.

REQUIRED SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:

  • Experience in Adobe AEM content management software Ability to install, support, maintain and troubleshoot knowledge of enterprise-level monitoring and management skills with various OS environments
  • Experience in design, development, and implementation of Adobe’s AEM, the Web Content Management System using AEM 6.X, Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics & Adobe Target.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills
  • AEM Business Practitioner/AEM Architect Certified

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in delivering Adobe Experience Manager sites with integration to other
  • Adobe Marketing Cloud products like Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Adobe Campaign & Adobe Experience Manager
  • Experience with designing solution Web sites and best practices in multi-channel environments.
  • Experience in working with different business stakeholders at all levels of the company and influence the technical decision for implementations
  • Strong SDLC experience: familiarity in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and investigate improvements to processes
  • Experience in working with multicultural/multi-geography teams at different levels in the organization
  • Proven experience in owning a platform and proactively drive towards excellence
