The Studio Manager or Director is a key member of the Ware Malcomb senior management team, responsible for supporting the Regional Director or Principal in the areas of growth, revenue, profitability, staff management, design leadership and client relationships whilst managing select projects.
You will be responsible for nurturing a positive, team-oriented environment, ensuring financial goals and deadlines are being met and assisting in business development.
10+ years of experience within the field of architecture Prior experience in a leadership role Office Building, Industrial, Adaptive Reuse, Entertainment, Healthcare or Science & Technology project experience strongly preferred Experience developing and maintaining client relationships with a strong local network Licensed Architect strongly preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or related field Ability to lead and foster a team environment
