A qualified applicant will have at least 5 years prior experience in seismic retrofit or ground up concrete.
Bilingual in Spanish.
– Ability to read project plans
– Ability to calculate concrete needs
– Communicate with Superintendent, inspectors and any other project personnel
– Manage and provide direction to a crew of carpenters, ironworkers and laborers
– Communicate material needs to Project Manager
– Experience in crack repair and epoxy injection.
– Rebar work
