SALESFORCE TECHNICAL ARCHITECT ndash 12 MONTHS + PROJECT Roles and Responsibilities The candidate will own reviewing design elements and signing off on the overall technical design. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the system accurately meets the defined expectations of the business, ensuring that proper testing is implemented, and performance and security requirements are closely monitored by working with the project teams. The candidate must also be able to identify and confirm technical design risks and develop mitigating approaches. The candidate must also have experience providing level of effort estimates for technical portion of solutions. Key Responsibilities Include bull Managing a complex, one-of-a-kind Salesforce Field Service implementation bull Working on enhancements on the application per business feedback bull Fixing bugs in the existing system bull Reduce technical debt of the application bull Working with a bigger ecosystem of applications which this is project part of bull Working with offshore resources and guide them with the best possible solutions Qualifications bull At least 3 years in Salesforce (SolutionTechnical) Architect role bull Good understanding of Field Service concepts. Experience with Salesforce Field Service (FKA Field Service Lightning) is a plus. bull At least 5 years of experience working with Apex in its various forms (triggers, visualforce controllers, batch, schedulable, custom REST etc.) bull Excellent hands-on experience with Aura and LWC frameworks. bull Experience with moment.js and redux.js libraries is desirable and great add-on. bull At least 2 enterprise level Salesforce end to end implementation bull Advanced level understanding and experience in Security, Integrations, Single Sign-On, DevOps, Data Management. bull Hands on experience with Salesforce APIs ndash REST, SOAP, Metadata, UI API. Experience with MuleSoft is a plus. bull Good experience working with DevOps tools, Release Management, Sandbox Management. bull Experience with SFDX based CICD automation using Jenkins or any other platform. bull Managing Git Branching strategies with sandboxes bull Ability to communicate tradeoffs between design options bull Ability to lead a technical team of 8-10 people
