Responsibilities include: As an Architect for you will drive and champion the use of our Client Lifecycle Management platforms to produce robust and innovative solutions for real world business problems.
Client’s AWS SaaS offering is a world class implementation with AWS themselves awarding it a 5 out of 5 for the design approach To be successful in this role you will be expected to become not only an expert in the products, but also in AWS, Cloud architecture and Solution architecture.
You must have a passion for solutions design and software architecture while at the same time possessing a deep commitment to learning and knowledge sharing.
Direct ownership of architectural domain during pre-sales, delivery planning, requirements analysis, estimations, and technical design phases; both detailing and directing project solution activities to achieve project goals.
Provide strong technical leadership and architectural governance to our clients and Professional Services delivery teams.
Advocate for the Solution Architecture practice ensuring that all aspects of the solutions are consistent with standards, policies and principles.
Contribute to the knowledge based of the Solution Architecture practice to continuously improve yourself and the team.
Work closely with Product Management and Product Architecture to promote areas for improvement and product roadmap direction.
Facilitate smooth solution handovers from Pre-sales to Professional Services delivery teams.
Working closely with Customer Success Managers to ensure customers are maximizing their usage of the product.
Technical Expertise: Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a software/technical architect role.
Ability to discuss and advise clients on On-Prem / Cloud / Hybrid deployments Excellent understanding of enterprise integration patterns and RESTful APIs.
Experience of all aspects of software project life cycles from requirements gathering, through design, development and implementation Experience working in a Professional Services and/or Consulting role.
Experience with .NET or Java (or other OOP) Experience with SQL or Oracle technologies Experience in defining enterprise scale API driven data migrations Experience and ideally qualifications in AWS Solution Architecture and/or development is distinctly advantageous.
