Eclaro is looking for an ServiceNow Solution Architect for our client in Los Angeles , CA.
Eclaro’s client is a leading technology solutions provider, collaborating with customers to manage their needs and achieve success in their business goals.

Responsibilities: Develop reference architectures and best practice for Service Now solutions.
Provide consulting, design and deployment services for enterprise ITSM tool implementation and integration with different Infra, cloud and App management solutions.
Design and deploy different Service Now solutions involving all modules of ServiceNow with emphasis on portal & HR Service Delivery module.
Implementation of Orchestration use cases in production environment using ServiceNow Orchestration modules.
Migrate ITSM services from existing ITSM Platform to ServiceNow and ensure best benefits of ServiceNow are drawn for the customer adopting it.
Provide design guidance / POC for technology integration and adoption with ServiceNow.
Drive cross-functional / technology collaboration to give customers a seamless experience.
Participate in RFP proposal, proposal defense to clients.
Qualifications: Additional experience on ITOM, ITBM, CSM will be desired.
Extensive experience in portal implementation and customization with AJAX, AngularJS etc.
