You will use the principles of data modeling to architect and lead the automation of EDW/Data lake and integration with marketing automation systems for SurveyMonkey.nn nnYou Willnn nnLead data modeling and workflow automation to ensure Sales, Success, and Marketing teams to access and action on customer insights at scaleUse your knowledge of Marketing & Sales domains specifically the digital, social, and mobile marketing trends to architect an outstanding data-driven platform for personalized campaign delivery and measurementPartner with team and vendors, to implement a cohesive enterprise solution ecosystem, while ensuring all aspects of security, data governance, legal, risk and compliance standards are metDevelop the reference architecture for identity stitching, data cleansing and standardization to help track a customer journeyAnalyze and improve demand generation programs, and improve lead scoring models and recommendation models for demand funnelWork with Data team to shape enterprise architecture guardrails, standards and patterns and to use analytical & visualization tools such as Tableaunn nnYou Have:nn nn6+ years of experience as a Data Solutions Architect handling most/all of the tasks listed aboveStrong communication and presentation skills to express data engineering concepts, strategies to partners and teamsExperience with SaaS platforms such as Marketing Automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud) and Sales Enablement (Hubspot, Outreach)Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceMarketing Automation expertise in the integration of Salesforce marketing cloud solutions and data lake/EDWExperience building logical data models as well understanding of SQLExperience with Business intelligence tools or other data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or other similar toolsUnderstanding of the technical architecture of data pipelines, warehousing and data management systemsnn
