You will also be part of a sought-after corporate culture that supports dynamic career advancement and prizes work/life balance.n nResponsibilitiesn n Plans, coordinates and manages the project delivery process for mid-to-large scale domestic and international projects n Collaborates with other lead professionals to ensure design and documentation are in accordance with project expectations n Leads an architectural project delivery team n Participates in medical planning, design, and client management n Manages drawing development including detailing, quality control, and overseeing drawing support staff n Produces construction documents n Evaluates code compliance n Facilitates project scheduling and staffing n Attends coordination and construction meetings and prepares field reports n Facilitates construction observation, answers RFI’s and prepares change bulletins n Directs issue resolution and enhances project quality in reporting to internal and external stakeholders n Contributes to business development by establishing confidence with clients n nRequirementsn n Bachelor’s degree in Architecture at an accredited university n 14+ years of architecture healthcare experience and knowledge of guidelines for the design and construction of healthcare facilities n Minimum of 5 years of recent architecture healthcare experience with California’s Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) n Professional registration preferred n Ability to prioritize and concurrently service multiple projects n Strong verbal and written communication skills n Effective problem solving and interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all clients and employees n Interacts well with other disciplines and clients in a manner that builds productive relationships n Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD n Knowledge of sustainable principles and LEED accreditation n Desire to grow team professionals through education and mentoring n Ability to balance the needs of projects with corporate goals n n Equal Opportunity Employer/Protected Veterans/Individuals with Disabilitiesn n The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
