Salesforce Architect

LHH has teamed up with a long-time client on the hunt for a dynamic Salesforce Architect to join their vibrant team right in the heart of Los Angeles, CA!

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce solutions.
  2. Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
  3. Lead and guide the development team in the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
  4. Evaluate and recommend Salesforce features, products, and third-party integrations to enhance system functionality.
  5. Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce best practices.
  6. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
  7. Perform troubleshooting and provide resolution for technical issues.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  2. Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect in complex, enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
  3. Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect credentials.
  4. Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
  5. Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other customization tools.
  6. Experience with Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  7. Knowledge of best practices for implementing Salesforce solutions, including performance optimization.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  10. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  1. Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  2. Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce solutions in a lead role.
  3. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  4. Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
  5. Familiarity with CI/CD processes for Salesforce development.
  6. Ability to stay current with Salesforce updates and new features.
  7. Strong documentation skills.
