LHH has teamed up with a long-time client on the hunt for a dynamic Salesforce Architect to join their vibrant team right in the heart of Los Angeles, CA!
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Design and implement customized Salesforce solutions that align with business needs.
- Lead and guide the development team in the implementation of Salesforce solutions.
- Evaluate and recommend Salesforce features, products, and third-party integrations to enhance system functionality.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise in Salesforce best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Perform troubleshooting and provide resolution for technical issues.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Architect in complex, enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect credentials.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
- Proficient in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other customization tools.
- Experience with Salesforce integration techniques (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Knowledge of best practices for implementing Salesforce solutions, including performance optimization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce solutions in a lead role.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to mentor and train junior team members.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes for Salesforce development.
- Ability to stay current with Salesforce updates and new features.
- Strong documentation skills.
