This team is made up of senior architects with expertise in digital infrastructure, storage systems, cloud platforms, information security design, network security design, and collaboration platforms.Responsibilities to Anticipate:The Architect will work closely with project teams to architect secure solutions for labs, program spaces, and factory work environments that are aligned with and enable business strategies and objectives.

The Architect drives consistent common security architectures across multiple teams and applies expertise to direct technical architecture roadmaps, evolutions, and transitionary phases of work at varying levels of detail.

The Architect also guides both new solutions and evolves existing implementations while contributing key guidance on how labs, programs, and factory work environment solutions are architected, developed and deployed.This Architect will create and publish reusable, repeatable architecture pattern definitions using industry-leading standards for digitally transformative solutions.

The Architect focuses on the identification and development of reusable components, patterns, frameworks and reference architectures to reduce overall system maintenance and deployment costs, while simultaneously maximizing the reliability, expandability and security of solutions.The Architect will act as the principal and senior technical leader on cross-organizational and enterprise activities, working with agile teams, business and subject matter experts to enable the development of detailed and implementable system architectures.

Leads technical and design discussions with business teams and stakeholders.

Identifies gaps and works to develop architectural vision, strategy, and deliverables to address gaps, and documents architectural artifacts.A successful Architect possesses proven strategy, technical and presentation skills to apply industry-leading concepts (such as shop floor automation, networking, cybersecurity, storage, collaboration, cloud platforms) while leveraging professional interpersonal communications skills to collaborate with stakeholders and convey effective information to business and DT leadership.A successful Architect will have prior experience providing production solutions for business that incorporate multilayer security infrastructure for standard routable protocols and protocol wrapping for secured network communications and cyber resilience.An advanced degree in a related field may be substituted for additional years of experience as follows: Master’s is equal to 3 years of experience or a Ph.D.

is equal to 5 years of experience.Qualifications You Must Have:* Bachelor of Science degree Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Math or technology/sciences discipline or STEM degree/IT, or in lieu of a degree additional 8 years of experience for a total of 18 years.* Must have 10+ years of progressive experience in system architecture, design, and integration (full life cycle).* Experience with multi information system technologies and system integration experience in various work environments* Experience architecting, designing, developing, and deploying information systems into security architecture designs to meet organization objectives.* Experience creating architecture roadmaps spanning business and technology domains.

Ability to anticipate industry technical trends in digital infrastructure and cyber protection solutions.* Experience assessing the risks, opportunities and business value of solutions and quantifying them in a way that is measurable and meaningful to the business.* Experience working with multi levels of staff/ partners in their language and to understand their business opportunities and to translate those needs into architectural requirements.* Experience to lead and collaborate with virtual and geographically diverse teams.* U.S.

Citizenship status is required, as this position will need the ability to obtain a Secret U.S.

Security Clearance.
