Job Requirements and Preferences:Basic Qualifications:Minimum Degree Required:Bachelor DegreeMinimum Years of Experience:10 year(s)Required Knowledge and Skills:Demonstrates proven expertise of, and industry regard as a leader with success managing teams utilizing extensively, Microsoft Dynamics and the related Microsoft product stack, emphasizing a proven track record of leading sales and/or full lifecycle implementations of Microsoft Dynamics AX and/or CRM.Preferred Qualifications:Certification(s) Preferred:Acquired one or more functional certifications within Dynamics AX and/or within Dynamics CRMPreferred Knowledge/Skills:Demonstrated thought-leader level of knowledge and proven success articulating and delivering value to a clients business problems using Dynamics AX and/or CRM based solutions, including leading teams or working independently to develop new market-differentiated Microsoft Dynamics solutions.Demonstrates proven success as a consultant with broad Dynamics product knowledge in more than two functional domains, as well as extensive abilities and prior success in the following areas: Leading technical development efforts and off-shore development resources; Designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in a Microsoft Dynamics environment; Designing, building, testing and deploying the technical components required for successful Microsoft Dynamics solutions; Managing the execution of multiple client engagements; Identifying and addressing client needs: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing and collection.Demonstrates expert negotiation and persuasion skills used to sell potential new service opportunities, including a proven track record with identifying and converting potential engagement opportunities and developing market presence, including qualifying leads, proposing and closing to drive a book of business.Demonstrates expert-level abilities and/or a proven track record of success to lead client projects, understanding a client’s business and technology in order to identify, pursue, and ultimately obtain additional consulting opportunities.Demonstrates proven extensive abilities and success as a team leader: leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction and motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
