In this vital role you will lead the transformation of the SAP Master Data Management (MDM) technology stack and collaborate with the S4/HANA upgrade program.

You will own the design and incremental product delivery of SAP MDM technologies and adoption of data management capabilities.

As a Principal SAP Architect you will: Formulate and complete the strategy to re-design SAP master data management.

It includes to evaluate, select, and implement the next generation of MDM technologies to improve the quality of master data and simplify the S4/HANA upgrade.

Design, develop and maintain a flexible data model for SAP Master Data object (Customer, Product, Facility, Supplier, etc.) In collaboration with business partners, define and implement data strategy, policies, controls, and programs to ensure the SAP master data is accurate, complete, secure, and reliable Enforce data standards for Master Data Critical Data Elements within SAP Assist in data management, governance, and data quality to ensure data integrity within SAP and across the enterprise is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements Analyze data and identify business processes impacting or impacted by data quality Collaborate closely with the Enterprise-MDM Product Team to ensure multidisciplinary end-to-end use cases related to MDM are considered and reviewed Collaborate with multi-functional teams to unlock new data elements that support business processes enhancements and strategic decision making Improve important metrics pertaining to data accuracy and process SLA alignment The candidate is expected to be a solution architect / senior member with expertise in MDG and have implementation experience of large-scale master data management projects.

Basic Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience OR Masters degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience OR Bachelors degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience OR Associate degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Information Systems experience Preferred Qualifications: Experience with SAP MDM (preferable MDG) implementations with a solid grasp of Master Data integration points Understanding of functional and technical objects in SAP Master Data Experience with SAP Data Architecture, and SAP MDG/MDM Experience leading MDG master data domains implementations Experience in evaluating all business requirements and author master data solutions that provide an integrated approach on SAP Business Transformation programs S4 HANA experience Experience working in a SAFe development environment Thrive What you can expect of us As we work to develop treatments that take care of others, we also work to care for our teammates professional and personal growth and well-being.
