Description: Provide design and construction support to ongoing federal projects both CONUS and OCONUS Gather details to determine facility capacities, shortfalls, and concerns Assist with coordinating and scheduling surveys, inspections, and walkthroughs of the existing mechanical systems Attend client and progress meetings Additional Skills & Qualifications: Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related scientific field.
Minimum of 5 years experience in HVAC design and construction management is required (HVAC, pumps, interior fit outs, etc.) Good communication and analytical skills; working knowledge of computer systems and integrated software application programs.
