Identify the process bottlenecks, process & tooling issues and develop fixtures to resolve the issues and Continuous Improvement.
Support to develop Assembly/ Sub assembly tracking and tracing mechanism and maintain 6S on floor.
Develop or detail 6 sigma based process methodologies for tooling / training requirements Develop validation protocols with senior management teams in process alterations and fixture implementations Provide engineering support to increase PR Provide documented time based PM schedule to maintain PR/ Speed improvements Provide engineering support in increasing capability QC measurements Ensure all improvements/ drawings are documented.
Resolving quality issues by conducting RCA based on operational procedures, supplier parts failures including furniture, electrical, spare parts, and GD&T issues Identifying validation and production issues and resolving by routing quality notifications, initializing RCA, FMEA.
