Forklift and/or conveyor repair is a plus.
Previous experience performing duties associated with Siemens or Allen Bradley Programmable Controllers or other relative PLC’s is desired but not required.
Additional experience with other crafts such as carpentry, plumbing, painting, masonry and welding will contribute to a well rounded candidate.The following skills related to electrical trade are desiredAbility to replace electric motors, switches and wires are required.Troubleshoot and repair equipment, relays and AC and DC motorsTroubleshoot and repair input and output control devicesAbility to work with 3-phase electrical systemsMust be able to read instructions, blue prints and manuals.
Must be able to use any meters, hand tools and shop equipment required to perform tasks.Able to run conduit and bending pipeKnowledge of NEC a plusExperience with voltage up to and including 480v5 years of electrical training.
Licensed electrician a plus.To qualify for this position, you must be at least 18 years of age, have basic PC skills and physically capable of performing heavy lifting tasks.
