One of the largest entertainment and telecommunications companies in the nation is expanding their cloud security team. The Senior Security Engineer will focus on leading the security direction and provide hands-on engineering for the organization’s global cloud security program, which operates on AWS. Candidates will be tasked with automating the security testing to improve the SDLC workflow and help write secure services and applications across the organization. Additionally, candidates will need to perform vulnerability testing, risk analysis, and security assessments across the infrastructure. Required Skills Experience 8+ years experience in the cybersecurity field Excellent understanding of network protocols, compliance frameworks and architectures Strong experience deploying automated AWS infrastructures Familiarity with securing cloud infrastructures (AWS is a must) Desired Skills Experience College diploma or university degree in computer science or a related field Experience creating and supporting a Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) Certifications CISSP, AWS certifications, CBE, Solutions Architecture The Offer Competitive Salary Up to 180kyear, DOE.
