As a Landscape Architect, you will be responsible for designing and managing various landscape projects, including commercial landscapes, parks, and public spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and executing projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Design and manage landscape projects, including commercial landscapes, parks, and public spaces Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets Conduct site analysis and site planning Prepare and present design proposals to clients Prepare construction documents and specifications Oversee the construction of landscape projects Ensure that projects comply with local regulations and standards Manage project teams and contractors Maintain project records and documentation Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent 3 years of experience in landscape architecture and project management Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and other design software Strong design skills and experience in landscape design Knowledge of landscape construction techniques and materials Experience in commercial landscape design and construction Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously If you are a highly motivated and skilled Landscape Architect with a passion for creating beautiful and functional landscapes, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
