POSITION SUMMARYThe Infrastructure & Security Manager is a critical role in our Information Technology department. This member of the technology leadership team has overall accountability for the end-to-end strategy and delivery of IT infrastructure and security. They will lead multiple initiatives to deliver against that strategy. This role will provide leadership, innovation, and strategy including operations for cloud, virtualization, compute, storage, data networks and hosting strategy.PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESNetworking/Server ManagementCreate and lead the company’s strategic and tactical technology plan (technical architecture, strategic information systems and security, products and services, vendor/customer integration.Build project teams and drive/ assist change within the organization.Manage all aspects of the IT architecture and associated technologies.Responsible for networking, server management, storage area network management, Citrix, and Patch ManagementAssess and document existing technology infrastructure, risks, and its capabilities.Perform gap analysis for future systems, identify and evaluate solutions and sourcing alternatives.Develop high level designs, plans, and prepare solution budget estimates and business cases.Assist with vendor selection and manage vendor relationships.Assist with the enhancement of efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of workflow via strong coordination and communication.Acts as a resource to various enterprise committees in obtaining required data needed for strategic initiatives.Partner with clients on the development, implementation, and integration of technology projects.Assist the development, implementation and maintenance of the plans, policies and procedures required to support day-to-day IT operations.Create and maintain the organization’s security infrastructure, policies and procedures, and liaison with the organization’s Compliance unit to ensure all security compliance requirements are met.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree or equivalent required.5+ years of experience in an IT Manager role with strong security background.Experience building multi-year Infrastructure strategiesIT/Network Certification (preferred)Must have the technical experience to influence and understand at the deepest levels Network Engineering, Compute, Storage, and in-depth knowledge of private/public cloud-based platformsExperience designing, implementing, or operating Technology/IT systems on leading enterprise platformsExperience leading and driving infrastructure change and transformation including performance analysis, troubleshooting, and remediation techniquesAble to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues, draft procedures and guidelines, design and track metrics, prepare and lead presentations on infrastructure, security and hosting topics
