Insolvency and Restructuring Associate Attorney
Los Angeles office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks an insolvency and restructuring associate attorney with 3-5 years of experience.
The candidate should preferably have extensive experience in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, representing creditors, debtors and/or other significant stakeholders.
The position may also entail some exposure to the corporate and finance aspects of consensual out-of-court distressed restructurings.
Current or prior employment with a leading bankruptcy boutique or an Am Law 200 firm is preferred.
Bankruptcy judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Must be a member of the California State Bar in good standing.
The candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree and a J.D.
degree from an accredited US law school with excellent academics.
Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of a bankruptcy case is required.
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required.
Exceptional writing skills are needed.
