Industrial Electrician

Full time opportunity as an Electrician for a manufacturer of intercity, standard, and high speed passenger trains?

1st shift

$30/HR

Pay 100% Health Benefits for employee, 50% for dependent, 401K with company match and a great time off policy.

 

Some of the key requirements of the job:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
  • Perform serial functional tests (both dynamic and static) of the different electrical and electronic train systems
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an industrial electrician
  • Diagnose faults and repair the systems in order to pass the functional tests
  • Disassembly and assembly of control components, and return of faulty parts
  • Analyze technical and test specifications
  • Blueprint and schematics reading and understanding
  • Computer Savviness is a must
