You Are: A Google Workspace Migration Engineer/Architect, who will play a critical client-facing role in delivering a migration from legacy collaboration platforms to Google Workspace.

You have experience providing technical guidance and leadership to run deployment planning workshops through execution and validation of completed migration.

You help define work activities and assignments to the different team members who support this role.

You are a strong at decomposing complex solutions and excel at understanding and identifying key technology dependencies that would be needed/required for enterprise-size customers and how they would fit into the overall migration delivery.

The Work: Identify technical requirements; evaluate concepts such as market timing, compelling event and problem identification to ensure that delivered solutions meet both short
– and long-term company and client business performance expectations.

Support solution development through requirements gathering/analysis/discovery, business plan creation, and solution level of effort estimation to ensure that client interests are met, and potential business opportunities are established.

Guide preparation and delivery of deployment planning workshops that cover areas like Mail routing, data migration, LDAP synchronization, and identity management for example.

Assist and support client activities as a SME on projects to eliminate gaps or inconsistencies in the initial solution, architectural design, deliverables, benefits, and messaging.

Collaborate with Google professional services team from the solutioning, during the project, and post deployment using their standard best practices.

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here’s what you need: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.

If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years’ work experience Minimum of 5 years of business solutions experience in a professional services environment Minimum of 5 years of Workspace migration work with similar cloud platforms to large enterprise customers Minimum of 5 years of direct technical experience with the relevant Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 or Exchange Bonus points if you have: Google’s Professional Google Collaboration Engineer certification or comparable experience Experience working with software products and services, business processes Experience working with appropriate messaging products, product-line hardware and software Experience with migration tools from different platforms Familiarity with Google Could Platform, Microsoft Azure, AWS As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only , the range of starting pay for this role is $97,632
