This role will give you the ability to leverage leading technologies like Docker/Kubernetes, Multiple Cloud Providers and their technologies, Google Pub Sub, Microservice architecture using rest APIs, Terraform, CI/CD, automated testing, and methods to deploy these technologies in a repeatable and automated method.This is a US Remote opportunity.What you will need: Experience in designing large scale systems in the cloud Ability to design and optimize multi regional systems, with private networking, VPN/peering connections and data migration/availability, with 99.999% uptime Ability to communicate well verbally, and in writing while functioning as technical lead on our most demanding, cross-functional product Strong experience with Terraform, CloudFormation or similar infrastructure as code toolsets Solid knowledge in with container-based clustering such as Kubernetes or other cloud specific solutions Strong experience with serverless cloud services.
Demonstrated history of building self -healing systems Working knowledge of IT compliance, information security, and risk managementWhat will set you apart: AWS or GCP Professional certifications Snowflake, BigQuery, MongoDB or other cloud native Database production experience Knowledge in working with JRE/Spark/Scala, Kafka Streaming or serverless production experience Foundational knowledge of chaos engineering discipline Experience building and optimizing systems for large data processing(ideally utilizing Spark as the processing engine) at scales of terabytes / day GD17Primary Location City/State:Homebased
