The primary responsibility of this role is to be a Value architect in medium sized to large opportunities involving Apps maintenance, Systems integration/Apps development and Apps-Infra support engagements, with the ability to individually create Solutions leveraging deep solutioning and delivery experience in one or more areas, while being able to develop these in a collaborative basis with the client including advising/co-creating the solutions.
The work: The Enterprise Solution Architect (PaaS/OCI): Serves as lead architect across large complex outsourcing opportunities (typically > $100 million) to ensure integrated solution.
Assembles/manages a required team of solution architects (Application Outsourcing, Offerings, Services)/mobilization leads/domain experts to create coherent solutions that is compelling to the client.
Integrates multiple capabilities into client solution, typically as part of transformational value proposition (for consulting opportunities) Creates enterprise solutions closely with Accenture leads and clients.
Participates and/or leads solution discussions and client meetings
– both for proactive and reactive (RFP driven) deals.
Builds strong and sustainable relationships during the solutioning process with clients, delivery, and sales Acts as a key member of the deal/sales team
– to represent the technology solution offering to the client/internal groups.
Should be able to play client-facing roles that involve understanding and formulating the client’s requirements into a technology solution that can be configured from our offerings and assets which will bring out synergies between various service groups involved in a deal.
Drives the sign off on the technology solution and acts as an interface with the delivery organization to ensure effective transitions, shapes services, and determines appropriate structure/delivery locations/related costs.

Here’s what you’ll need: Minimum of 8 years of experience in a Technology Environment with a strong focus on outsourcing and/or systems integration solutions.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Solution Planning and Deal Shaping.
Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering with an expertise in at least 1 current technology.
Bonus points if you have: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
Strong AO or SI expertise in a domain with preference being in ERP (SAP or Oracle) Expertise/Experience in AO/AD/SI and ability to give an Industry view of application portfolio/application transformation.
Very good interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to influence and build relationships with key stakeholders.
Good understanding of the application and infrastructure ecosystem in terms of Products and Technologies.
Ability to understand client business and technology drivers
– business IT alignment.
Strong capability to estimate, size, and come up with dependencies/assumptions in solutioning.
Ability to work across levels at the client; exposure to NA geography is a good additional skill Strong aptitude to be an individual contributor.
Experience and exposure in collaborative technology solutioning including client workshops, joint solutioning sessions, and co-creation sessions.
Expertise on Application Maintenance /Systems Integration/ Application Development Solutioning.
Delivery experience in AO/ SI and Infrastructure.
Delivery either as client facing or offshore accountable leads.
Expert in formulating the solution storyline, ability to collaborate in creating client value propositions, Product/Concept selling, Pre-sales/Solution Architecting, Executive Presence.
Experience in one or two major industries (utilities/chemicals/oil-gas, consumer goods/manufacturing/retail/pharma/life sciences, comms media and technology, health and public services, financial services).
As required by theColorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.
Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.
