The GHD Digital Experience (DX) team within GHD Digital is looking for an experienced, motivated, and hands-on technical enterprise architect who possess a unique balance of technical depth in the cloud and industrial IoT spaces and strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
In this role, you will primarily work with the DX IIoT product manager to build a world-class enterprise IoT application and backbone that will serve as the foundation for many downstream applications.
You will help shape, execute, and deliver reliable and cost-effective cloud-native solutions for a broad range of applications, primarily industrial IoT.
Additionally, you will also work with the rest of the DX product management team to review their existing on-premises infrastructure and develop a strategy to leverage the cloud infrastructure fully.
You will be responsible for and be a proponent of building and maintaining an interconnected and strong application ecosystem within DX.
The individual in this role has strong application modernization and cloud-native application development expertise, hands-on building experience, and cross-industry business acumen.
A passion for continued knowledge acquisition, growth, and obsession for building world-class technology products are a must.
The ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in building and maintaining complex cloud systems, experience in the IoT field, and experience as a cloud consultant or solutions architect.
You should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, products, and technical challenges.

The Enterprise Architect is a very technical role
– you must be broadly competent across many areas of technology (IoT, infrastructure, security, DevOps, databases, application development, analytics) and deep in at least three of those areas.
On the business side, connecting technology with measurable business value is critical to an Enterprise Architect.
The individual in this role will spend most of their day interacting with the DX product management team, developers, software engineers, and similar stakeholders in other groups.
