The Enterprise Architect role reports to the IT Director, Strategy Architecture and is responsible for defining and maintaining IT architecture principles, methodology and techniques, standards and best practices. You will work to ensure conformance with established IT architectural blueprints and plans in a constructive, collaborative environment with business areas, project development teams, and technology services. This position requires experience in IT infrastructure and deployment, applications design and development, and data definition and management. Qualifications Bachelors or Masterrsquos degree or related field preferred 10+ years of information systems and businessindustry experience with increasing levels of responsibility IT architecturesystem analysis, design, and development experience in infrastructure, applications, integration, and data architecture Application development and support of custom systems and package software Working with Microsoft development platform and technologies (VB6, .net, C, SQL server, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, SharePoint, Azure DevOps and SQL Server Management Studio.) Knowledge of various architectural platforms including hardware, software, and network communication components and how constraints effect development and operations of systems Enterprise Architecture methodologies and frameworks preference given for TOGAF Experience with SOA, SAAS, Cloud, Networking, HA, Converged Systems, Custom Application, and integrated software environments Experience with both waterfall and agile development methodologies Experience with relational databases such as SQL Server Experience with Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services (IICS) and integrating it with other applications such as Vitech V3, QNXT, MS Dynamics 365 CRM Experience with AngularJs, Xamarin, WCF, MVC and ASP.NET Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain overall technical architecture roadmap Develop and maintain application architecture models for IT enabled solutions to meet business requirements in collaboration with business process engineers, business analysts, project development teams, and other team members Develop and evaluate multiple alternative designs within the constraints of established standards and technology platforms, available skill sets, and resource constraints Identify and recommend newreuse architecture building blocks such as reusable componentsservices and frameworks Defining the service interface specifications for new building blocks Evaluate COTS products for ability to meet business requirements, conformance to established application security, interoperability standards, and alignment with enterprise architecture roadmap Serve as a subject matter expert for project requirements, IT architectural framework, methods and tools Assist in creation of SOA standards governance policies for the operational models around data integration and established modeling Local candidates only, relocation assistance is not provided.
