Citizenship Required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Electronic Assembler knowledge of mechanical technology with knowledge of electro-mechanical assemblies.
The Electro-Mechanical Technician installs, troubleshoots and repairs electro-mechanical and computer controlled systems.
Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician Duties: Test and repair electronics circuits to the component level using spectrum analyzer, oscilloscope and other required test equipment.
Assist and provide support to project lead.
Perform mechanical assembly as required using hand tools, power tools, soldering equipment, and fixtures.
Read and understand procedures, tech manuals, schematics, rough sketches, blueprints, schematics, diagrams, technical, and mechanical drawing.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE 2-5 years of experience.
2 year degree in related fields (electronics, mechanical engineering, Drafting, etc.) preferred.
Proficient with all Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, and Outlook.
Employees for this position must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Current U.S.
work authorization.
Additional needs: IPC and/or JSTD Certifications (preferred) Wire wrapping and through-hole very important Preparing Documentation Ability to communicate effectively in English with all levels in the organization.
