JLM Strategic Talent Partners is seeking a bright Electrical Engineer to be part of a major construction project in the Los Angeles area. We are seeking an individual who will be designing, installing, and testing AC power and raceway systems. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to the following
- Design transit electrical and raceway systems and support other systems and engineering/architectural disciplines
- Assists Project Managers in the coordination of project designs with other disciplines including attendance at project meetings
- Data entry of technical information into company’s data bases
- Actively participates in professional organizations and/or client groups
- Assists in proposal writing and client presentations for future work
- Preparation of correspondence, reports and other documents
- Other Assigned tasks
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering is required
- Solid understanding of current 3D modeling software including Auto Cad and Revit
- Prioritize, develop, and maintain project schedules
- Project Management experience preferred
- Ability to establish relationships and lead people
- Self-motivated
- Knowledge of project proposal preparation is a plus
